Privacy policy

SEOmotion, based in Maastricht, the Netherlands, values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data I process and why.

What data do I process?

When you fill in the contact form or email me, I process the details you provide: your name, email address, company name, website and the content of your message.

What do I use it for?

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to carry out that work. I never sell your data and I don't add you to newsletters without your consent.

How long do I keep it?

No longer than necessary. Messages that don't lead to a project are deleted within twelve months at the latest. Client data is kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Who has access?

The contact form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and I use an email provider to receive your message. Data is only shared with these parties to the extent needed to provide the service.

Cookies

This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email bobcrombag@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
